Jannese: I think I have always had some psychic sense. My first real experience with spirit was about 23 years ago. I was living at Bundeena at the time on the edge of a cliff overlooking the water. One night while I was asleep in bed I was awoken by a noise. No knowing what it was I sat up in bed and to investigate and was confronted by a spirit standing at the window about six metres from my bed.
