Jannese: From the moment I wake up and put the pen to paper, he keeps telling me to go to the mirror and practice. You need to practice.
I say to him, "Andino at least let me have a cup of coffee Im not awake yet".
"Go to the Mirror, Go to the Mirror".
I do admire his enthusiasm but it is a little annoying first thing in the morning. He tells me the more I practice, the sooner I will be able to channel him more clearly and actually have a conversation.
The video below depicts one of my early practice sessions. Be a little patient when you watch as I do take a little longer in the early days to see him. You will know when I see him as I begin to smile and look up to the right of the mirror.
I the early stages I did also get a little giddy an even feel slightly sick, so Andino told me to get Cameron to stand behind me in case I fall over. I was later told that noxious feeling may be a detoxing process and that I should drink a lot of water.
I do sit down after the mirror and have a little question and answer time.
Remember this is only early stages and is not very exciting but I want you to see the whole process from start to finish.
Cameron: Patience is not one of my best assets but I am realistic that Jannese will not get all these skills overnight. I was a little concerned when Jannese told me that she needed me in case she fell over. What is this all about. Anyway Ill just try and stand there and be still. She made me stop the tape and start again a few times because my figiting was putting her concentration off. I stood there like a good boy. I did get excited when she would begin to smile and look up. Being a bit unrealistic I had a faint hope that I would get a glance of Andino. Alas that is not the case.
Final Note Jannese and I have created this blog as a record of the events and our wish is to share this information with our friends and those that may benefit from our experiences. I cannot emphasis that this is an interactive blog so feel free to make comment or give any of your thoughts or advice. This is a learning experience for everyone.
